Worldwide sales require a global network

Since the first steps across the German border a few years ago, the daily business at TowFLEXX has changed fundamentally. Not only was the headquarters in Germany significantly expanded (further enlargement measures have just been completed, others are already in the pipeline), but with the big step into the United States, the local supply chains had to be served at short notice as well.

In addition to qualified and trained partners that we are training at strategic hubs around the world, we are also continuously building up service bases and warehouse spaces in order to be able to cope with the most difficult situations, such as the current supply chain situation, and to offer our customers the best possible service. In the following section we would like to introduce some of these locations!

Location Visbek, Germany | Headquarters

The site in Visbek, Northern Germany, is the source of all developments. The first units were designed in this location under the name SchleppMAXXE (engl. TugMAXXE), and the company group is still managed from within this location today. Apart from the management department of TowFLEXX, the R&D division, the production and assembly and also the administration are located here. All new innovations are tested here before they are released into the market.

In full compliance with the product philosophy, the entire site is designed to be sustainable, so that almost 100% of the energy required on a daily basis is generated in-house by solar energy. Even the new office building was built according to the highest standards of energy efficiency and CO2 neutrality.

    Location New Castle, DE, USA | Sales. Service & Production

    We recently moved into our new location in New Castle, Delaware. This step is part of the expansion within the USA with its own production line, larger warehouse, sales and service team, etc.

    There are usually always units in stock to significantly shorten delivery times for the USA, Canada and South America.

      Location Buochs, Switzerland | Sales & Service Center

      Partner on location: Peter Barmettler Fahrzeuge & Service

      Peter Barmettler has a long history in automotive engineering. With his Schiltrac multifunctional vehicles, he supplies all kinds of customers from airports, forestry, agriculture, mountain rescue, road service, fire department and others. With this technical knowledge, the company Barmettler is the perfect partner, directly at the airport Buochs.

      Today, Barmettler not only serves customers from the private sector, but has also cleared the way to the Swiss Air Force, Armasuisse, over the course of several years. At the Buochs location, there is the sales office as well as the spare parts warehouse for all TowFLEXX models.

        Location Rolleston, New Zealand | Sales Office

        TowFLEXX Ltd.

        In 2020, we established TowFLEXX Ltd as a sales company in New Zealand in order to improve our service to the previously poorly covered market in the region around Australia. With the sales office in Rolleston near Christchurch, on the South Island of New Zealand, we have been able to achieve some great successes in the region since we launched the TowFLEXX Ltd. even despite the Corona pandemic.
