“Upon our request, we were given an introduction and a demonstration of two devices by Phill before we made our decision to purchase. This gave us sufficient insight into which product was most suitable for us. We were only interested in moving in and out of the hangar and to the field or fuel station.

Because of the wheel fairing of the nose wheel, an amendment of the adapter was required and this was provided to our complete satisfaction and without additional costs. The tug was delivered with one key but our first request for a second key was complied with immediately. We are enthusiastic about the communication (with Phill always in control, Jana and Melanie), delivery and operation of the device. Many thanks”
